Shipping

  • Shipping: Currently ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Customers ordering from outside the US are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Orders take 3-5 days to complete and estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. *Processing and shipping times may be extended during special promotions, peak seasons, or holidays.
  • Damaged Items: Quality of products and customer satisfaction is taken seriously. If an item is received damaged, notify us within a reasonable time frame with photos of the damage. A resolution will be promptly processed.

  • Packaged Delivered: If a package is reported as delivered but is missing, must file a complaint with the USPS or a police report if it was a case of theft. Then, contact [email protected] and the matter will be handled efficiently.
  • Incorrect Items: In the event of receiving an incorrect item, kindly reach out to [email protected] with a photo of the item and your order number. Our team will promptly verify the error and arrange for a replacement.
